How do I clean silver and moonstone jewelry?

I have a necklace that I got years ago as a gift. The silver pendant has a small stone in the middle. It's iridescent and a very pale color and I believe it's moonstone, but for all I know it's just sea glass or something. I need to clean the silver part (the gem cannot be separated from the silver backing, so I am hesitant to soak it in salt water) and I was wondering what the best, safest method would be?
I don't actually need to clean the stone, I just want to make sure it doesn't get damaged in the process of cleaning the silver.

Your safest bet would be a silver cleaning cloth. You can wipe the silver setting around the stone and it won't harm the stone, whatever it is. You can wipe the necklace as well, just pull it through the cloth. Don't soak it in saltwater...

I have seen some really nice jewelry for so cheap. For example, a rainbow moonstone pendant and earrings set for only 99 cents starting bid and free shipping!

It's pretty simple really.

He is selling cheap Chinese crap and not telling the truth about it being sterling silver. It is not silver.

Pagans do any of you wear any jewelry besides a pentacle?

Do any of you wear any religious or symbolic jewelry besides a pentacle. If so what is it and why did you choose that. I wear a teardrop moonstone pendant. It was a gift from my husband. It reminds me of the moon and water. My planet and element. Also of how much he loves me.

There are many symbolic jewelry that maybe condidered Pagan or Heathen

A "Heathen" symbol would be the Mjollnir.

You may want to check out a greenman face pendant, rather eclectic pagan jewelry. It symbolizes life to me.

An Irminsul pendant, which symbolizes germanic Heathenry is another example.

Anyone know where I can buy Bella's moonstone ring from the movie Twilight?

I've found her engagement ring and other inspired jewelry, but not the moonstone ring Kristen Stewart wears in the movie. I've been scrounging around google for almost an hour now, and still nothing.
